FORGE OS
AI-native procurement execution
FORGE OS is a procurement workspace for consumer product brands. You describe a product; it finds real contract manufacturers, drafts and sends the requests for quotation, reads the suppliers’ replies, and pulls the pricing, minimum order quantities and lead times into a comparison you can act on.
If you connect your Google account, FORGE OS sends those quotation requests from your own Gmail address and reads the supplier replies in those threads so quotes are captured automatically. It never touches the rest of your mailbox, and you can disconnect at any time.
Built on a product-sourcing practice running since 2012 — across nearly every consumer category, with manufacturing partners from Los Angeles to Tokyo.

Your product IP stays yours
Unlike pasting a tech pack into a chatbot or posting your idea to a marketplace, FORGE grades every asset you upload — public, restricted, or confidential — so you decide what can ever reach a supplier. Your data is processed only to run your sourcing, isolated to your account, and never used to train AI models.
// Crafted by Ateliersavant
A creative, design, and sourcing studio since 2012. FORGE OS is the sourcing engine we built for our own practice.
The engine
Four systems. One sourcing engine.
Everything a professional sourcing team does — discovery, outreach, negotiation intelligence, and institutional memory — built into one workspace.
Autonomous supplier discovery
Describe a product and FORGE searches, qualifies, and ranks candidate suppliers — with sourcing complexity and risk scored automatically.
RFQ generation in seconds
Turn a product brief into structured, send-ready requests for quotation. Drafted by Claude, reviewed by you, dispatched on your terms.
Quotes parsed and compared
Incoming quotes are read, normalized, and lined up side by side — so price, lead time, and terms are comparable at a glance.
A supplier registry that compounds
Every supplier, quote, and project is stored and searchable. Your sourcing knowledge accrues with every brief you run.
See it run
Watch one sourcing run, before you sign up
No account, no paywall — see the shape of a real result and how the system works end to end.

Getting started with FORGE OS
A full walkthrough — from a product brief to a sourced, ranked supplier slate, with RFQs and quote comparison.
How it works
From brief to sourced, in six moves
The workflow of a professional sourcing team, executed by AI — with a human gate on every irreversible step.
Drop in your brief and assets
Upload a product brief, tech pack, sketches, or reference photos. FORGE analyzes everything automatically — extracting materials, construction, and constraints — and scores how sourcing-ready the project is, flagging what's missing before a single supplier is contacted.
Confidentiality is graded up front
Each asset is assessed for sensitivity, so you know what's safe to share openly and what should stay behind an NDA. Nothing leaves your workspace until you decide it does.
AI sourcing: discover, qualify, rank
One sourcing run generates candidate manufacturers for your exact brief, then puts every one through qualification: legitimacy scoring, factory-versus-broker detection, and a strict contract-manufacturer test that disqualifies brand-owned factories you can't actually hire. You get a ranked slate with the reasoning attached.
RFQs drafted, reviewed, sent as you
FORGE turns your brief into professional, structured requests for quotation — priced-quantity tiers, spec summaries, the questions factories expect. You review each one, then it sends from your own Gmail address. Suppliers deal with you, not a marketplace.
Quotes read and compared automatically
Supplier replies are ingested and parsed by AI into structured quotes — unit prices, MOQs, lead times, terms — and lined up in one comparison table. Every write passes a review gate, so your records stay clean.
Your supplier intelligence compounds
Every supplier, quote, and outcome lands in your vendor library — searchable, reusable, and smarter with every brief you run. Proven suppliers resurface first on your next project instead of starting from zero.

Coverage
Built for the products people actually make
The qualification logic is category-aware — a footwear brief and a skincare brief are screened on entirely different criteria.
Apparel & Accessories
Cut-and-sew, knits, leather goods, bags, and small accessories — graded by construction complexity and material sourcing needs.
Footwear
Sneakers, sandals, and technical footwear — where tooling, lasts, and MOQ realities decide who you should be talking to.
Sporting Goods
Rackets, boards, fitness gear, and equipment — screened for genuine OEM/ODM capability, not brand-owned factories you can't hire.
Beauty & Personal Care
Formulation, primary packaging, and filling — where regulatory posture and white-label depth matter as much as unit price.
Home & Lifestyle
Furniture, decor, textiles, kitchenware, and giftware — matched on materials, finish quality, and export track record.
Packaging
Boxes, tubes, pouches, and structural packaging — sourced alongside the product so dielines and lead times stay in sync.
Electronics & Hardware
Consumer devices, wearables, and accessories — with the factory-versus-integrator distinction made explicit before you commit.
Promotional & Custom
Branded merchandise and custom manufacturing runs — fast slates for briefs where speed and price discipline lead.

What a sourcing run is
One sourcing run takes one product brief through discovery, qualification, and ranking — a slate of candidate manufacturers screened for you. Plans are sized by active product profiles managed at once and a monthly pool of runs.

FAQ
Questions, answered straight
FORGE OS is an AI-native procurement execution engine. You give it a product brief — what you want to make, in plain language — and it discovers candidate manufacturers, qualifies them, generates professional RFQs (requests for quotation), sends them from your own email, and reads the quotes that come back so you can compare them side by side. It replaces the spreadsheet-plus-guesswork phase of sourcing with one structured workspace.
Yes — that's precisely who it's built for. You describe your product the way you'd describe it to a friend; FORGE handles the industry mechanics: which suppliers to approach, what a proper RFQ must contain, what MOQ and lead-time answers mean, and how to read a quote. The workflow was designed by people who have sourced professionally since 2012, so the 'what do I even ask a factory?' problem is solved for you.
Nothing you couldn't do — it does it in minutes instead of days. A sourcing run performs the discovery, legitimacy screening, and contract-manufacturer qualification you'd normally spread across directories, LinkedIn, and reference calls, then drafts send-ready RFQs and normalizes incoming quotes into one comparison table. You keep every judgment call; FORGE removes the grunt work and gives you a wider, better-screened funnel per brief.
No. FORGE doesn't sell listings and suppliers can't pay to appear. Candidates are generated per brief by AI trained on the global manufacturing landscape, enriched with live web evidence, and scored for legitimacy. Every run is specific to your product, your materials, and your constraints — not a static database dump.
Every candidate is scored on factory confidence and intermediary probability, using signals like export records, registrations, and web evidence. Traders and brokers are flagged as such. FORGE also applies a stricter test most tools skip entirely: does this company manufacture for third parties at all? Brand-owners who run factories only for their own products are automatically disqualified from outreach — a world-class factory you can't hire is not a supplier.
Your briefs, assets, and quotes live in your private workspace, isolated per account with row-level security. Nothing you upload is shared with suppliers until you explicitly send an RFQ — and every send passes a human confirmation gate. Uploaded assets are analyzed to grade their sensitivity, so you know what should stay behind an NDA before anything goes out. We don't sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for the specifics.
Never. RFQs are drafted by AI but dispatched only after you review and confirm each one, and they send from your own connected Gmail account — suppliers see you, not a platform. Incoming replies are read and parsed into structured quotes, and quote data is only written to your records after a review step. Human gates sit on every irreversible action.
One sourcing run takes one product brief through discovery, qualification, and ranking — typically producing a ranked slate of candidate manufacturers with scores and reasoning. One run per product is usually enough to start outreach; teams sourcing multiple products or revisiting categories each month simply pick a plan with more runs. Plans range from Explore (3 runs/month) to Enterprise (unlimited).
